Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 7–10 days, depending on your location and the warehouse used for fulfillment.

Express Shipping (where available): Usually <1 week.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, international logistics, or local delivery conditions.
During holidays or peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer.
International Orders
We ship worldwide.
For international deliveries:
- Prices shown at checkout do not include taxes or import duties, which may be charged by your local customs office upon arrival.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes.
Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
If tracking shows your order as Delivered but you have not received it:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office.
- Wait an additiona 3–4 business days, as some carriers mark items as delivered early.
- If your package is still missing, contact us by filling out the Contact form and we’ll assist you.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While rare, carrier delays can occur.
If there has been no tracking movement for more than 10 business days, please reach out to our customer service team.
We’ll help investigate or arrange a replacement if appropriate.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your address before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Returns and Exchanges
Because our items ship directly from our international warehouse, we accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
