Return & Refund Policy

At Elizaveta Corsets, we take pride in offering high-quality corsets and apparel carefully shipped from our international warehouses.
Please review our policy below before initiating a return or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

Change our mind or doesn't fit? We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days from purchase in new condition. Please write us using our Contact form to initiate a return or exchange and we’ll make it right.


Order Changes & Address Corrections

Once your order has been processed, we are unable to change item selections, shipping addresses, or recipient names.
Please check all details carefully before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, or lack of contact with the carrier, the seller is not responsible for any loss or reshipment costs.
As this is international shipping, once the issue is confirmed to be caused by the buyer, reshipping or refunding costs will not be covered.


How to Request a Return

We currently do not offer automated return labels or self-return services.
To start a return request:

  1. Contact us using our Contact form.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable.
  3. Wait for our team’s confirmation before shipping the item back.

Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your package.
Please send your item and share the return tracking number within 6 days of receiving approval.


Return Conditions

  • Returns are valid within 30 days of receiving your item(s).
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and liners attached.
  • Please include your original packing slip inside the return package.
  • Returns from multiple orders must be shipped separately to avoid delays.
  • For hygiene reasons, please wear underwear when first trying on your purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lingerie / Underwear

International Returns

International returns are accepted; however, return shipping costs and any applicable customs or duties are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you if your return has been approved or declined within 7 business days.of the request
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (or gift card, if used).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
